A NEW BLOGGER FEATURE:
You can delete any comment that you create on anyone else's blog, as long as you signed in to your Google Account when you left the comment. You can also delete any comments that are left on your own blog, or on another blog for which you have admin privileges.
To delete a comment, first make sure that you are logged in to the correct Blogger account. Then go to the blog and find the page where the comment is listed. Next to the comment, you should see a trash can icon.
Click the trash can and you will see a confirmation page.
Click "delete comment". This will remove the text of the comment from your page, but leave the author's name and a message saying "this comment has been removed.".
THE NEW PART....
Now, if you check the "Remove Forever" option, then no trace of the comment will remain on your blog. If you choose this option, it can't be undone.
I will bring a slide that outlines these instructions to class with me on Monday. Hope you all are having a terrific Easter Weekend!

Hello Classmates!
ReplyDeleteI am now able to post a comment, was having a little trouble. Will be able to do my homework tomorrow Sunday. Happy Easter everyone!

Sorry that you had some difficulty, but happy that we corresponded about it and I am so glad that it's working out for you now. See you in tomorrow evening's class.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to know that you can delete a comment, especially when it is your own blog. So many times you finish a project then you think of something better to add or change. The classes have been extremely interesting.
